John Hetterick


John has a broad scope of experience serving at the highest level of both large and high-growth corporations and has overseen both success and challenge in a variety of business environments. His career has included positions as President and CEO of Verdant Brands; President and CEO of Rollerblade; President of Tonka International; Vice President Marketing for Pepsico; and Regional Vice President for Central and South American Regions of Pepsi-Cola International. He started in marketing and product management for General Mills. Since retiring from corporate life, John immersed himself in non-profit organization and management, co-founding No Place Like Home Communities, Inc. in 2001 to address supportive affordable housing for adults with cognitive disabilities. He serves on the Boards of Project for Pride in Living in Minneapolis, Opportunity Partners in Minneapolis, Arc Greater Twin Cities and the National Disability Institute in Washington, D.C. He has been a participant and presenter to the President’s Council on People with Intellectual Disabilities in Washington, D.C.
